I am not just a semi-professional hockey player, I am a coach who adopts a scientific approach to enhance performance. Having competed in the top leagues of England and Australia, and currently playing in Holland, I bring a wealth of experience and a global perspective to my coaching sessions.

Educational Background and Expertise:

  • I hold a Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences (Biology with Pharmacology) with First-Class Honours, equipping me with a robust foundation in the scientific aspects of sports performance.
  • My studies have focused on Nutrition and Psychology, enabling me to understand and apply how diet, mindset, and daily habits significantly impact an athlete’s performance.

Certifications and Future Goals:

  • As an England Hockey Certified Coach, I meet high standards of coaching excellence.
  • I am on my path to achieving a Level 3 Coaching Certification, aiming to further deepen my coaching skills and effectiveness.
